Why not do both? In my routine back and biceps is one day, i do both close grip chin ups and standing bicep curls. Same with the dips and extensions because tris and chest are one day.

ironmaiden, thats a very interesting read. I think that that has a lot of good ideas except you always here not to over train or else it could cause serious injuries?

Ya sounds like we're going through almost the same thing haha. Being only a senior in highschool i live with my parents (i'm guessing the 17 years is how old you are?) thats why i'm trying to set up a steady workout routine. thanks for you help!
