What goal do you have in mind with that rep range? I do a push pull split also, but it varys week to week with %1RM so my reps are always different. I basically go to failure every time, but only in one set (after a 50% weight warmup). I don't know too much, but moving up when the third set reaches ...

So is there a way to add in or substitute OL cleans? I'd still be concerned about overusing my lower back by just making an addition of cleans I think. Do they work comparably to squats/DL's? I can see them using some of the same muscles, but a lot of others as well and don't know how they would fit...
