nobody really comes near me when im lifting unless i ask them to. Maybe in UK gyms cant afford enough space to spread out equipment *shrug*

laziness, i do it all the time. Unless im maxing out i see no need because as long as your form is perfect the weights tend not to move alot.

Ok so maybe its because im sacrificing form for weight and should drop back down in weight and try to correct my form? I guess when i started lifting i figured it was indeed a back exercise and didnt really care about how i got the weight up, just wanted big numbers. Ill try lowering it thanks.

That would be my guess, I went on a trip for 2 days recently. I was restricted to 3 meals a day and no snacks. Had no problems the entire trip. My goal here is not to kill my diet but try to compensate with binding foods.

Well, I was having a problem back when i was downing 3 muscle milk shakes a day with some anal leakage and too many bowel movements per day (5+). Same problem is coming back with no shakes and im questioning if its just my caloric intake per day. I probably consume 3-4k calories per day at 180 lbs. ...

Thanks for the replies guys, i missed the 2nd link...looks like i found a new workout and all the people in his testimonials have the same goal i do, pack on some extra mass and maybe go out for college football.

Ok I read the article and it sounds good, still a M-W-F split but ill give it a try, any change is good i guess. Just looking to re-stimulate my muscles. Out of curiousity what does dynamic effort mean? Low weight/high reps?

I smoked from the age of 14 until 23. I didnt think id be able to do it but with the help of a prescription medication called Chantix it was easy. Basically you goto your doctor or call him and ask him to phone that into a pharmacy for you. The side effects may seem extreme but trust me they are rar...
