The thing I see alot of is people going too high. Dumbbells being clanked together at the top and such. .... Hey, that's what I do when doing sitting DB Shoulder presses. I go down to parallel to the ears... If that's too high, what's the proper technique? As I'm always looking for improvements. We...

Glutes will get you, and if you work your quads alot, youll find yourself needing loose bootcut jeans to fit around your legs properly too.. though at a couple weeks in, its almost certainly what Han said, water weight.

First - how often do you weigh yourself, and when do you weigh yourself. My first guess would be you're weighin yourself too often or at the wrong time. Closest you'll get to actual weight is in the morning, after taking your first piss. If its not that, then you aren't eating as healthy as you thin...

The thing I see alot of is people going too high. Dumbbells being clanked together at the top and such. Same with DB benching, theres a point where effort goes down, and you don't want to be in that range. Just my two cents.

High Calorie/Low Calorie cycling?

Does this work? Say my workout days be heavier in carbs pre/post workout, as well as up my calories, and off days when I don't lift, lower them and eat higher protein lower carbs for that day? I'm trying to workout a cut that doesn't kill my strength gains and progressively cuts me over several mont...

I'm no expert at this at all, I just have a gym partner who can bench 315x10 and I kind of work like he does. I would say work on your breathing for sure. You need alot of oxygen for your pressing, try to work on inhaling deep at the top of each rep, and exhaling as you press the bar away from your ...

Beyond that, your feet should be planted. If theyre not planting, spread them further apart and closer to the torso t...

Re: strength

I'd be quite interested to hear everyone's opinion on this Bob I would have to say it goes beyond carrying heavy stuff around, and being able to lift up heavy stuff from the floor. Strength seems to just change your entire perspective on daily life; you don't see things like other people do anymore...
