Yah, I followed a workout for my first year back lifting to rebuild my overall strength, and switch to a volume program as the new year came from t-nation.com to put some size on. Nice thing about this program is its very physically demanding as well, so while it sounds like curls wont get you sweat...

I don't think it would really make it a set. It would be more like two sets of 6 reps.

Arms are up almost a half inch in 2 months actually :) It's a form of volume training, only the 100 reps are distributed differently, instead of 10 sets of 10 reps.

the idea of a superset is TUT -- or time under tension, the weight isn't as important as is the time under tension. drop the weight if you cant do it man, its not a penis measuring contest in the gym :)

Nice lift Matt!

Front Squat 225x5 ! -- felt good having two plates on.

Flat Bench 225x7 !! -- time to move up the weight soon on my top set. I would like to be able to do a 10 rep set of 225. I think doing the half reps really helped me with my sticking point.

If it were up to me, I would train either for strength or endurance. Not both at the same time. The pushups and pullup goals aren't ridiculous as your bodyweight is fairly low "no offense". If I were to approach this, I would cut down the 3-5 days a week jogging down to 1-2 days per week, on off day...

No offense to women, but silk is for women. And vegetables fill your stomach with a nutrient filled fibrous product that will fill you up on less calories. Eat them. And I don't mean corn.

Theres legal stuff as well that works quite well for leaning out, though obviously wont compare to an injectable steroid.

Bodyfat is a huge part of it. I find once my bodyfat dips below the 11-12% range my bicep veins become fairly prominent
