Well here was my modified back/biceps day for Thursday. I removed deadlifts from this routine because of the soreness in the legs from squatting, though not permanently out. Pullups - 6 pullups x 3 sets - these were rough but I figure I can keep working my way up. Supine Rows 10 reps x 3 sets Lawnmo...

See I've experienced soreness before, I've just never worked my adductors that hard before, so it was a different muscle completely out of my knowledge. The quadriceps are much better this workout, almost no soreness.

I'm wide gripped and much further down than where I go, and my wrists angle inward toward my chest.

Yeah it wasn't tight, it was more so sore after 3 sets "my usual number of sets, warmup, midrange, heavy". I was thinking it was just untrained, because it doesn't feel pulled. And yeah it was a bit wider stanced. There are no mirrors so I am totally focused on where my knees are at, where the cente...

Question about a soreness.

Hi guys. Sorry about all of the posts, I'm trying to perfect my routine. After squatting today I get some fairly sore groin muscles almost right away. Now mind you, it is my second week of doing squats, and I keep the weight fairly low to ensure I'm keeping my form right. Any ideas why this might be?

I'm usually wider grip and about an inch above the chest, it feels right, but I'm not sure 100%. I don't put my back or legs into the lift, strictly chest/shoulders.

Bench press -

When you bench press, do you -

A) Hit the chest
B) Go to where your arms are at a right angle

I'm confused because I've seen it both ways, and I think I like the right angle method, because the muscles never have any sort of rest, be it small.

Have to try it, I have this stigma against fats, and I know it should just be a stigma against man made fats.

I need it in a quickprep setup, shakes or nothing. The most I carry around otherwise is hard boiled eggs, its tough and I'm a really busy college student. So would you say muscle milk would be preferred over a lean protein? I know that has more fats and carbs mixed in with the protein.

Ah, I've been putting lean protein shakes in between my meals to keep te metabolism rolling, and after workouts.
