And yeah, I try to do deadlifts first haha, and I'm never sure how many to do. The weights less than what I think I can do because im focusing on how I lift it. Keeping my head forward, back straight, lifting with the legs, etc. I haven't been doing em for long.

Well here is the issue. If I don't do that, my biceps are never -- ever -- sore. Thats the only way I've been able to really get em to where they feel worked.

I can do them but if I do them, I'd have to do em before deadlift because any exhaustion and I cant do em..

That doesn't mean you shouldn't drink milk, you just dont go chugging down gallons to burn fat. And milk is usually high in protein which is going to help the metabolism regardless. Since when do you guys buy into what the tv says? :)

usually 45 mins to 1 hr lifting and 15-30 minutes cardio myself, depends on the day and how early it is in the morning.
