Yuk!

The thought of something that old hanging around in your body for so long.

I wonder if thats how diseases can get a hold in tissues, festering in all that old fat!?

Quite a disgusting thought actually.

How old can fat be?

Had a thought, maybe someone knows the answer.

If someone is obese fat for say 10 years and never really loses weight, do they have fat on them that is 10 years old?

Yes, in this case it will, because you have provided a direct link to the mp3 file. I guess I should of been clearer.

My method will work with a podcast thats embedded in flash file, where the direct link is not available.

Hope this clarifies.

Regards,

Rik

Do you have forward posture? Ifyes then your upper traps will be dominant and levator scapulae will be short, so you'll need to stretch evey day. It can only really cause other problems if those muscles have plenty of ROM already, which would place you in a small minority of the population. Thanks ...

NNM! Upper Trap and Suboccipital/Levator Scapulae Stretches

Got a feeling there will be a few new threads regarding the Neanderthal No More Program....Probably started by me! Upper Trap and Suboccipital/Levator Scapulae stretches are only listed ONCE a week in this program. My question is this: Is it okay to stretch them daily? Or do you risk creating anothe...

Ok, one more question: Quote: Prone Cobras Lie face down on the floor with your arms lying next to your torso with the thumbs up. Initiate the movement by squeezing the shoulder blades together and raising your upper chest a few inches off the floor. A key point: as you come up, externally rotate y...

Dumbbell Split Squat Isometric Holds

As you may (or may not) know, i've started the Neanderthal No More routine this week. I've come to Dumbbell Split Squat Isometric Holds and wondered if anyone here can advise me a little on this stretch. Done a quick Google on it, but not really getting hits of any significance. For starters, i've n...

They are already seperated, you just cant see it.

Build big pecs with regular chest exercises and then bring your body fat % down to reveal all.

I've had these on and off all my life, they are quite amusing. Often feels like someone is repeatedly poking you in the back/arm!

I recently started supplimenting Magnesium and i've not had them for a while now.

You know, this would all be so much easier if the fly and cable crossover and pec deck really made your chest stronger. I could just go do those. Is it a case that you've tried flys, cables etc and they dont work for you, or is it you dont try them because of other peoples opinions? It's not that I...
