60kg isnt much weight man. I'm sorry, you either need to REALLY up the weight or get a membership. Membership would probably be the better call. Agreed, there are only 3 realistic options. 1. Get creative with the equipment you already have (Single leg squats, Very heavy lunges etc.) 2. Join a gym....

I hope you've not been watching the return of the legend that is "Mr Motivator" on GMTV, robertscott, with all his tricep kick backs to get rid of bingo wings carryon. See what happens when you don't come on the forum for a while, lol, you let them 'get you'. It's ok, though, we're here to guide yo...

What kind of gym is that? Is it just an empty room? Because according to the Low-Volume workout it says that you only need...

Okay, i'll be more specific. Because of a lower back injury many moons ago, I struggle to perform bent over rows heavy without pain. So, to compensate, I deadlift, do lat pulldowns and single arm bent over row. Whilst doing lat pull downs, my strength exceeds gravity, so I pull myself clean off the ...

Received one of these today...gotta say it looks good. And so cheap! [1 million dollars] with delivery next day included. The picture on the website doesn't really do it justice, the support bars are more substantial than they look in the picture. Also comes with wall fixings included too. Will repo...
