Cant help but think that this all revolves around evolution, the human example of joint/Flexion and Extension and muscle balances are far from perfect.

Enginnered examples would be better for perfection, depending on the purpose/goal.

I'm no expert, but anything that causes blackouts is probably not good and needs investigating by a proffesional a.s.a.p.

It may just be low blood pressure, but better to be safe than sorry, plus blackouts in the gym could lead to a VERY nasty injury (for you and others!)

All three would be better. You need upper, middle and lower pec development for a balanced looking chest. Just alternate the dips and incline on chest day's.

i.e. Regular Press and Incline one chest day and then Regular and dips the following chest day.
