Simply...Yes, but it would be better to do upper Monday and Thursday, Lower Tuesday and Friday. Wednesday do nothing to give your body rest and recover properly.

i'll alway's eat a small to medium meal an hour before Workout, then have my shake immediately after Workout.

Shake is one scoop Body Supreme Whey isolate (strawberry) with 200ml full fat milk. Yum!

I'll then have a high protein meal or snack 3 hours later.
