Okay, cool, thanks for clarifying. I had spotted the leg presses and squats too, but forgot to mention it in my reply. Jungledocs quite correct. The thing about other peoples routines is just that, it's other peoples routines. It may not work for you. Lyle McDonald's advice for body building may be ...

Of course, if you fail to break his shin or kneecap and dont put him down in one punch, you end up dead. Plenty of kids in the news every week here in the u.k. end up stabbed to death, fast flexible kids that dont smoke, all dead. And there's the guy i spent time with in prison, who jumped in the ai...

Sorry, I dont get it? I would re-evaluate now and not waste 6 weeks. What will you be doing on the other day's? Why are you doing 2 lots of Calf and Leg Curls on Monday? You could be doing something else. Tuesday, you need to Row and shoulder Press before Bench Press. This will warm your Front delts...

Okay, tried that and I now have DOMS in places I never had DOMS before! Noticeably, my lower traps hurt today, not my upper though. Will keep it up, see what happens. I'm also upping the rep range toward 20 after a bit of reading on another site. 'Apparently' traps are pretty resistant to trai...
