March 10, 2009: bb squat 1x10x80 2x10x100 3x10x75 rdl bench press 1x10x65 1x10x70 1x10x75 wide grip front lat pulldown 1x10x60 2x10x72.5 - i still hate doing rdl's. i still don't have the proper form after months of doing it - still getting a feel on how much weight should i lift for the bench press
