I don't think you're getting enough protein. Pick up some type of protein powder, it really helps. Eat some good meats, beef+chicken. Definitely cut out the fried foods, snacks that aren't clean and remember if you're trying to lose weight to continue and lift heavy so you don't lose muscle. Good Luck

If your weaker arm incapable of liftin weights or is it just undertrained or injured? If you are able to work the weaker arm at all I would advise focusing on strengthening that arm. What you can do is lift as many reps at a moderate weight with the weak arm and then just match the same with the str...

Sorry forgive me for not reading through and through. I noticed the first few lines said that you are losing weight but then gaining some fat back and losing muscle mass. Remember that if you are trying to lose weight but also keep your muscle mass you need to be lifting heavy. Find a heavy weight f...

Seriously. Just take one of the already made programs. Something basic that uses compound lifts. I think you are doing too many isolation exercises, which I know is hard to steer away from but if you are doing the main compound exercises, you won't need them. You can always include the isolations af...

I have a question: Does anyone have a preferred method to avoid injury to the knee's when squatting as far as stance ...

Strongman Tests...

Hey peeps, I was wondering if anyone did any of the strongman type of excercises and if they could give some advice or info on the benefits. Things such as: The Farmers Walk (improves grip I suppose?) Fireman's Carry Bearhug and Walk Lugging and Loading Crab Crawl after a workout routine as a finish...

maybe you're moving too fast?

deadlifts are supposed to be in contact with your shins, knee's and thighs all the way up and all the way down at least from what I understand.

Nice and slow

You can use things around the house of considerable weight to squat with or do some calf raises or something. Just improvise.

Also if you don't have much equipment you can benefit a lot off of things like push ups, pull/chin ups.
