Coffee should be brewed, but if you really can't taste a difference, then as stated, Caffeine is Caffeine, no matter how you ingest it.

We weren't even allowed in the weight room when I was in High School. That was reserved for the "Athletes".

Looking back, that's probably best. I don't think I would have wanted my PE/Health teacher "Coaching" me on how to lift.

When Barbell Benching, I follow most of Dave Tate's guidelines, with a combination of Rippetoe thrown in. This means Low arch, shoulders together, elbows tucked, and bar down to my lower sternum.
