I probably have a fairly normal meatbolism for my size, I've been working out or doing different sports on and off my whole life so I have some muscle on me. I just have too much fluff that's hiding it :green:

Right now I seem to be stuck on low-fat cottage cheese and blueberries for lunch. I'm starting to get sick of it. I'm finding it really difficult to cut back on carbs and eating more protein without getting too much fat.

How accurate are calorie requirement assessments?

Since most calorie requirement assessments only take into account your sex, age, height, weight and a very arbitrary lifestyle measurement, how accurate could they really be?

Just to clarify what I'm doing - I had no idea about how many calories I ate every day, so I decided it would be a good idea to check it out. I don't write down every bit of food I eat, I estimate the number of calories I eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner and extras. I try to be as exact as possible ...
