My gym has also been upgraded! All new machines (meh), including two new pull-up racks (good). More benches (good). Full size plates now (yes!). Where does everyone stand on BB rows in the squat rack? I kind of understand it, but surely most people could dead lift their row weight and start from there? I used to do 3x5 three times a week and it worked well for me. I've since switched to 5x5 (5 heavy sets, 2 warm-ups) but I can only work out twice a week at the moment. Also 5x5 takes a long time.
