is there a way I can find it in my memory somewhere? same thing happens with school...once I study and take a test at school, I lose most of the information and can't find it. I'm not sure what you keep asking, whether you can "find it in your memory." Most of us call that "forgetting," and it's be...

All right, I'll continue these low-rep frequent pull-ups. We'll see how it affects progress while I'm weight training.

Thanks.

Pull-up frequency

(maybe 4 or 5 times a day? i drink a lot of water). Normally I can do about 10-15 pullups, and I'll do maybe 3 at a ...

those cruciferous vegetables are brutal. taco bell makes you fart just as much but gets waaay more exposure. sometimes that's just the way the cookie crumbles. maybe broccoli just gets a bad rap?

Hard boiled eggs

Why did it take me until now to discover these?? So easy to make, so cheap, so healthy! A perfect snack, and they're easy to take anywhere.

Still working on my peeling technique, but I'm happy to have discovered the magic of hard boiled eggs. Just thought I'd share that with everyone...

Your right, I need to work on the basic stability movement before going into the standing version That's not a weight-lifting issue, that's a batting form and coordination issue. Generic rotati...

while on the stationary bike yesterday, a woman was doing arm raises, arm circles, arm swings, neck circles, and pumping her arms as if she was jogging. Looked almost like calisthenics but while cycling. perhaps it's a low impact alternative to actually running, bad knees maybe? Seems like an ellipt...

JTW: Would you suggest to stick to barbell/dumbell or alternate between different methods on a say a monthly basis. The emphasis should be primarily on the barbells and dumbbells (free weights) vs machines, but read this about changing up your routines: http://www.exrx.net/WeightTraining/ChangeWtEx...

The exercises in bold text are the best, so choose those first. Ideally, use barbell or dumbbell exercises before lever/smith/machine/others, but make sure you get at least the bold ones in.
