I can't help you with a source but you can achieve the same effect with weighted glute bridges. You can do them single legged or with your foot in a suspension trainer to make them harder. I do not feel anything from glute bridges. I have been doing barbell hip thrusts which seems to be the only ex...

I never feel lactic acid buildup any more. Also, takes about two days before DOMS sets in.

I have gone from 231lbs to 185lbs with a 33" waist in a little under a year by lifting first and then doing a half hour on the bike after my workout.

I found the recipe online. I was wondering if anyone has tried this? I cannot figure how why you would include cottage cheese.

1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup Fat Free Cottage Cheese
4-5 egg whites
1 scoop protein powder (vanilla)

Playing around with my diet today. New macro nutrients are 38%protein/34%carb/27%fat at 2030 cals. Carbs are coming from oats and fats from natural pb.

I always do a 1/2 hour of cardio after I lift. Is the intensity of the cardio more important than the duration?
