After arsing around with my training and diet more times than i care to remember, the numbers started going up again, FINALLY!!!
back squat = 253.5 (115kg) X 1
Bench = 198.5 (90kg) x 1 ( damn, so close to 200lbs!!!)
BW currently at 148lbs.
Can't wait to test my Deadlift on Friday!!!

Yeah, i was actually using myprotein for a while now, but living in ireland meant i kept having 'logistical' issues with them, this is my first order from this other place, just to see if they're any better for delivery, if not i'll be back ordering from myprotein again, they are great in my opinion...

Unfortunately i'm not lucky enough to live in one of the port towns which as you say Tim, are well regarded for the selection and quality of fresh produce, i'm in the midlands and shops/markets are the only choices i have, and they aint great!
