I think the difference is how the exercise is initiated, if you look at the initial movement, the upper arm is being brought down from almost horizontal, engaging the lats to initiate the move and getting the weight moving, then the triceps contract to finish the push, and if using a bit of momentum...

magnesium eh, that makes a lot of sense, when i did a dietry analysis thing, that was one of the minerals i was low in (around 30 % of my "drv" for all the use they are!)

Oh yeah, also, like a lot of people i would be worried about the fats, a good bit of my fats is saturated from whole milk, but i would shy away from fats generally even though i know olive oil particularly is quite well regarded
