Fastest way to get bigger

ok so summers officially here tmr after my last two exams.... i wanna get bigger before skoo starts again ... just want a new look for university and all..... as i go to the gym everyday [split] im thinking mayb mcdonals everyday + protein shake? or m i thinking it wrong.... what is the quickest way...

hi after discussing wit my gym teacher ive been doing flip flops wit my excercises what do i mean by flip flopping is squat one day and rest for the muscles that were involved for a day then i go do leg extension leg curl then rest for a day then bak to squat after will this kind of workout routine ...

ABs exsercise everyday?!

ok since i go to the gym everyday... split workout obviously... my skoos gym teacher sed that i can do upper abs n lower abs as well sso hes say twisted crunches on one day n vertical hip-leg raise on the nxt day my question is that wudnt each excercise works some part of the opposite part's muscle ...

ok so the title pretty much says it all highr ep w/out weight vertical hip leg raise or lower rep w/ weights vertical hip leg raise we all know this is one of the effective excercise that will give u a six pack and ive read thru exrx.net but still cudnt find which is better w/o weight or w/ weight??...

i got into a brain injury last year and the side effects are bothering me to do other sports i like[rugby, hockey, bball, etc.] so i go to the gym everyday to keep myself in shape thats the reason i gotta do a split workout heres my split workout plan..... people please comment on it... thx in advan...

hi.... i never understand how to get bigger/look bigger.... i haf a very high metabolism so that means i burn calories really fast.... it lowered after my snowboarding accident and now its quite high..... i got a lil bigger after but now it has stopped....... is there anyway to get myself bigger?

nvm i found the correct term - Vertical Leg-Hip Raise

but apparently it works ur hips as well..... so is doing this gunna get me more redefined abs?
