I started out doing a push pull pretty much exactly as oprescribed by the site. I was really out of shape, and it worked great for a while. Put simply though, after a couple months I got bored, and I didnt feel like I was pushing myself, so i upped te ante. i would say they are great recommendations...

What are peoples thoughts on milk as a source of protein. How much is too much? Since I started lifting seriously (or more seriously) at the beginning of this year I have gradually upped my milk intake to about 4-5 pints a day, and frankly its really the only stable item in my diet is that too much?...

Well I guess what I should have said is that I deliberately approached and talke dto the one guy who looked likehe might know what he was talking about - but of course there is not guarantee. Uh, stab in the dark here, are you not accounting for the weight of the bar? My presses all "Sit" in the Palm of my Hands, and The Fingers wrap aroung the bar for stability only.
This is exactly why I am surprised it is having such a big impact on me - but the evidence is there, I just can't lift as much with the thicker bar!

Wait you're doing BB row with a bench and then also BB row bent standing? Those are almost identical - why both?
Nope - sorry if thats not clear - Its a Bent BB row off the floor, then an upright BB row
