training for soccer

What kind of excercises should I do to train for soccer in the off season? I'll have full access to weights and machines and the team is already doing its own track workout. I'm looking to get a more athletic upper body.

I've found that different muscles respond differently to rest times. It clearly varies from person to person, but this is what I've found. Biceps take longer to recover.
