Re: nootropic stack

Any update on this? I've recently been reading a lot about this and like you have battered my brain over the years with recreational substances and alcohol. Looks like some brain rehab is in need. I'm still smart, but I was a lot cleverer at school I'm sure. I'm currently thinking along the lines of...

Re: Christmas Challenge.

I've been doing Bulgarian Split Front Squats for a while (have I invented a new variation?), does 10 on each leg count for 20 reps? I honestly feel like crying after 3 sets of this every week.

Re: rear delt flyes and traps

Ok I agree. I normally go as far back as possible (same with flys) so my elbows are really high. I stopped about perpendicular this time and felt it a lot more on my rear delts. I think it's because it's constant tension, going further back brings the traps in and gives the rear delts a break.

Small ROM really? I can see the logic but it just doesn't feel right.

fry up the meat and veggies, dump some eggs on it, put cheese on top, finish it under the grill
This is what I live off for no carb meals. I fry everything though. Halloumi or Mozzarella are my cheeses of choice.

Re: do you use gloves or grips?

I've never used chalk, partly because it's so cold in my garage most of the time that my hands don't sweat. Yesterday though, for the first time, my calluses were actually stopping me from Deadlifting! I have them right under where the fingers meet the palms and each rep they get squished until they...

Re: Creatine for PWO shake?

I haven't had any creatine for a few weeks and haven't noticed any difference. Maybe I will if I start up again, cba with the loading phase though.

Onions and garlic are in most of my dinners. I could eat fried onions and mushrooms in garlic by the bowl full!
