holy crap my legs hurt. Squats, lunges, then pause squats. My legs hurt. I never get over lunges horror, GVT has me do 10x10 squats and its drains me to empty, but feel good/ok later (doms sucks tho) - lunges.... I feel like sobbing - I don't think my body wants me to do them. Squat day today too -...

Thanks for your input - I suppose it is quite a specific (/minor) worry and maybe one that I shouldn't be too concerned about - but I just want to ensure I don't limit progress with such a simple thing to correct - I don't mind ...

Nice one BOBBERT - from what I can gather your triceps aren't your greatest area too so a 102.5k bench is beasty - a lot more than me and your a fair bit lighter than me.

Yea that is a great point, because I thought the lack of colour just meant that there was still some repairs going on but the infection was gone - I'll rest it more. Im going to Portugal on monday and was considering trying to blast 1-1.5% body fat off, but fook it, I'll have to resort to my persona...

Thanks doc,

It's nothing serious I think, feel "fine" other than clearing stuff out - it isnt green anymore either so I can only assume the infection is gone/on its last legs, just recovering. I guess ideally I'd give it a few days after feeling fine to play it safe.
