I don't really like either; with front squats I can't get down very far without leaning forward, and leg press feels... wrong. I tried some unweighted split squats this morning and those felt more natural, and I could certainly use the hip flexor stretch... so that's what it's looking like

Tried out rack pulls today and they went fine. Had the bar just below the kneecaps using a conventional stance. I'll keep doing those and hammering the RDL's to strengthen the PC and loosen the hamstrings. Lower body days will look like this Squat 5/3/1 RDL 5x3 ish Step-ups 2x8 ish Pallof anti-exten...

It could just be the extensions- I cant do extensions with more than 20 lbs without feeling like my elbows are being torn apart, but I have no problem with pushdowns.
