So at this point my diet includes a lot of protein and fat, and a reasonable amount of carbs. However, vegetables have always been a problem for me. I know you're supposed to eat a couple servings a day, but I usually end up not eating any. So I just wanted to know how you guys get your vegetables/w...

Forearm and Shoulder Training for Baseball

How should I go about training forearms for baseball? I've read/heard rep ranges varying from 8-12 up to 50-100. Also, are there any good shoulder/rotator cuff exercises that would help with throwing? What sort of rep range would I be looking at for those?
