I think "inner lats" means an exercise that uses the lats as well as traps and rhomboids. "Lower lats" means lats and lower traps, and maybe obliques. Personally i do believe long-limbed individuals(ectomorph) need to pay more attention to arms and legs(thus isolation), simply because the limbs are longer and harder to fill out which makes them unaesthetic from a bodybuilding view(if their goal is bodybuilding). Just a question: Melatonin is a hormone right? So if i take it for a longer timeperiod, would my body produce less melatonin on its own? (like when you take roids, your body produces less testosterone?)

hey, Where exactly does your back hurt? I have also experienced back pain from bench pressing, it was about in the mid area. I could solve it with feet flat on the ground and correct lying on bench (as far as i know you must have the feeling on bench like when you do a glute bridge, this helped me)....
