So as the title says i have problems in performing a squat, because i always lose the "balance" on my toes. they aren`t touching the ground anymore, still i can go on but i think if i perfom squats with higher weight it will get problematical^^. hm so its hard to combine FOR EXAMPLE (max)strength with boxing (which is in my opinion in the endurance and explosive-power area) and reach the maximum of both, which could be done in (f.e) a week Another question : Does one area affect the other one? Hello, first of all, I´m new to this forum. I have read many topics of this site before and i found out that there are many "training areas" (for example endurance, power etc.). My question is can i involve every training area for every muscle which can be trained or would i overwork myself heavily?...
