its pretty much a circuit. 6 exercises. cardio in between each set until all 6 exercises are complete. cardio is a mix of jumping jacks - plyometrics. i do go hiking up mountains, I've picked Elk mountain in Chilliwack BC Canada to be the trail i'll run up. it is an issue having to work around other people. almost every exercise can be used on a bench or with dumbells/dumbar except negative pullups, behind neck press, hyper extensions, or cable flys. if you do have to cut in between someones set, where i live, everyone seems alright to let me cut in f...

My motivation - was coming to the realization that being able to use your body in athletic pursuits is a sacred gift. The gym is a temple where we are allowed to celebrate and honor the gift. Not everyone is able to train.

I use two scoops of whey with oatmeal for breakfast most every day. Whey isn't magic, but it's a quick way to get a good whack of protein. If you have never had it before, try a small sample first and make sure your stomach plays nice.
