T-Rows replacing bent over rows ?

Hey guys .
What is your opinion on replacing the bent over rows with T-Rows ?
I like the T-rows alot better , feel like they work my back alot better than Bent over rows .

Squatted light today .. Going for 95kg 3x5 next monday. Took my first dose just right now..
We didnt have any carb drinks so i just putted 3 tea spoons ( about 15 grams ) in water and drank it .
Thinking about doing that just while im loading .. Just take 3 spoons in the morning , wont that be okay?

Well I dont know..I have squatted max 100kgx5.. Not sure if im still that much of a beginner that i can add weight 3 times a week to my squat. I think my idea of squatting light on wednesday and heavy on monday and friday is okay. As an example .. On monday I would squat 90kg 3x5 , then on wednesday...
