Acutally I would be doing 3 sets of deadlift 2x in 2 weeks..1x per week..not 3x in 2 weeks.
This is the practical programming novice program.
But I get your point. There is so much squatting that adding sets to the deadlift would be to much.

@ squats and deadlift i can still add weight to the bar every week and I was thinking about 3x6 for the deadlift and 3x8 for the squats. The bench press..I dont know .. I think wendlers would be to slow gain for me .. I can still make better gains by just simplyadding weight when I get all the reps ...

I think squatting wednesday and deadlifting saturday is better..More rest between squatting and deadlifting? But any1 that can help me with the assistant work on these days? I want to be doing military press , dips , pull ups , chin ups , rows , barbell curls and something like that with the program...

Lol dont know why I typed Friday.
Monday wednesday and saturday are the only days I can workout so I will be deadlifting on Saturday.

3 day split program ?

Hey guys , Im searching for a new program and I want to do a 3 day split. I want it to be set up that on monday I benchpress , Wednesday I squat and Fridays I deadlift. And make it really intense. Put alot of power to the big 3 and then do some assistant work (like rows , pull ups , chin ups , dips ...

Skinny isnt sexy. You just look silly with low bf + no muscles.
Low bf + big muscles = yes yes yes.
I would bulk if I were you.
And like every1 else have said , do more compound lifts and do them first IMO. Bench press , deadlift and squat .
