Just completed round 2 of GVT squats yesterday. I am more sore today than I was last week. Really gives me a feeling of accomplishment when I can hardly walk LOL. Nah, just the regular 'ole boxer briefs I typically wear. The only problem with them is sometimes they tend to ride up the legs when doing squats.
