You know the macronutrients in beef-- even if you don't know exact percentages, right?

so how long should my "short rest period" be in the ladders? I'd been trying multiple sets of 8-10 with about a minute between before the challenge. But should it be shorter for the ladder method?

Ok, Today I got 12 pull ups--shoulder width grip, from a dead hang before I couldn't get my chin over the bar. I'll use that as my one set max.

But that 200gm of protein isn't necessarily converted to glucose-- if there are more efficient ways to fuel the body (ie carbs, fat, alcohol) that excess protein will be excreted.
