wow, thats way too many sets. keep it down to 2-3 sets. If I do more than 5 sets of anything, I get bored. If I don't do around 10 to 12 sets I don't feel anything in my bi's when im working out, does it matter if I feel anything when im working out? Biceps: Standing BB curl: 75 X 10 for 4 sets Ham...

Muscle soarness is a poor indicator of the effectiveness of a workout or program. It's possible for a person to grow without much soarness, or to get very soar without growing. This is also very true. DOMS is a good way to tell what muscle was doing the work the day before, but more often then not,...

what is your goal? endurance, hypertrophy, strength, funtional strength, or power?

I dont know what hypertrophy or funtional strength is. but i just want to be big

Hello, Im having trouble with soreness after my workouts. I have an ABAB system that I use: chest, triceps, thighs, back, ( A ). Biceps, Shoulders, Forearms, Calves, Abs, ( B ). And repeat.
