do you do biceps?

Does anyone here do bicep curls anymore for working out? I feel like chin ups and row work pump my biceps enough but I always see people doing bar and dumbell curls. Would working out biceps give them any more advantages than they do by chin ups and row work?

thats pretty interesting, I might try face pulls then. So all in all IM guessing I should just stick with less than 70% of max? Or even 80%? I even heard 60% here so Im guessing its anywhere under 81% right? So can I mix up my exercises in a pattern where I start at 80% and by the end of the workout...

Arent powerlifting exercises considered harder on the body the normal exercises ? I dont think I know how to snatch :( I do know dumbell snatches though but I need a form check on that. and Ill probably keep the chin ups, then add on dumbell snatches, and possibly do dips. Ive always wondered whether its good to work out on an empty stomach or not. I have tried it today and in fact did some stair conditioing on an empty stomach a little after I worked out. I cant really seem to find great answers on this topic as there is scientists everywhere with opposing view point...

have you guys seen that new cocunut water electrolyte drink? It has no added sugar (or so they say ) and it has loads of good carbs and potassium for your muscles. I think its called zyco or something, they sell it everywhere here now
