ok but how can you do a complex when you worked out all the other muscles of that week on different days? like it says to do lower body on the day before the complex and the xomplex requires squats so why is that>?

ok ok ok, how bout this who here has more useful strength, someone who can dead lift 200 pounds 25 times, of someone can lift 450 pounds once and only be able to lift 200 pounds like 15 times??

omg I feel like I post on this webstie too much, is that a bad thing? omg as for the dead lift thing, maybe if u try working out ur abs more, because I have heard many times that people throw out their backs because the abs are weak, maybe if you get ur abs in better shape that would help????

although I am very young and very naive, I honestly think that true strength isnt defined by how much u can lift... because honestly a 150 pound man who has been practicing grappling and combat can take out a 250 pound body builder who does nothing but lift, this was proven by royce gracie many time...
