im pretty sure I go low enough, because I go where its like your sitting down on a small stool. That to me is a bit lower than 90 degrees.

what are the consequences of doing a squat for 30 reps with 225 pounds? Ive gotten it for 20 straight but if I manage 30 would I be leading myself into serious pain or something? would I be able to recover? try this, its quite cheap for what you want get 2 idenetical hampers and tape a wooden board to the top of each on to make it nice and flat. put the hampers to each of your sides when you are squating. Deli sliced beef is still better than other processed meats such as hot dogs, salami, etc. these have any number of byproducts, most of which you wouldn't eat if you knew what they were. actually i prefer them grilled to tellyou the truth because it tastes so good. and if you dont have access to a grill, my grandpa actually got the idea to bake em in the oven and it would have the same exact taste

my mom makes them all the time, and if you use the proper beef its fine. also a better way to do it is grill them if tyou want low calories. Grilling em only makes them taste a little different and you guys are right, you can season them a lot more. Thats just a basic recipe for it

is deli roast beef a good way to get protein? does it have good protein? and what are its mineral contents such as iron and zinc, is it a good source for them? I just ate like 14 slices haha and would want to know if this is a good way to finish up my protein for the day or do i need more
