Ok, whilst on the subject of Lateral Deltoids - what is your routine? What excercises do you do and where do you fit them in?

I tend to target them twice a week with Lateral Raises - I dont use cables: perhaps, depending on answers, I will!

Ok, so i'm going to sound like a freak - but the area where my chest joins my shoulder/side does not seem to have developed in the slightest; in fact, there is what feels like a dimple there! Does anyone know what this could be or how I could target it?
