I might do some of them to work my calves at the end of a pressing workout

In my personal opinion leg drive is cheating :D

If I use my legs on any upper body exercise I dont count the rep. Unless it's like a clean and press!

How worthwhile is dextrose?

I always have sandwiches after I come out the gym since I'm always starving haha figured I get the carbs I need from there. (I think dextrose is carbs anyway )
