Which external rotation do you think is better from this two: DB Seated Shoulder External Rotation or DB Upright Shoulder External Rotation?
I do that one in neutral position of shoulder, but I need some in abducted...

I was using 7 kg (15,4 lbs) dumbbells before, but then I injured my supraspinatus with lying lateral raises so maybe I should stick with 4 kg (8,8 lbs)?
Should we use heavier weights for internal rotation than for external because those muscles are stronger, or we'll cause muscle imbalance?
