Good shout! I just assumed my triceps finished 3/4 of the way on my arm like my biceps. Might be able to make them look a bit longer now. that, my friend, is bodybuilding! The beauty of it! I remember when I first learned about building up my brachioradialis to 'fill in the gap' of my short biceps....

I can't stant seeing people stronger bigger more cut etc. It motivates the hell out of me. I want to be the biggest strongest fastest etc and if I see someone who may be bigger more cut etc I look through them...or don't look at them at all. I don't know if its the whole Alpha male thing or what but...

The whole idea of adding a small amount of weight with the strong lifts makes so much sense. It seems to me this idea should work with almost any exercise and not just the big lifts. John, 5/3/1 is easily used by power lifters, general strength trainers, body builders or whatever. It gives a basic to plan your training and progression, but the details of the assistance work individualizes the training.
