Banana or Mars bar post workout??

Hey y'all. Been hearing mixed messages about the humble banana. Some say pre-workout. Some say after. Some say both. Some say they aren't great 'cos they contain a lot of fructose. BTW, it used to happen with flys, too. But I use the fly machine now, so it doesn't happen on that.

When I bench, my right shoulder clicks (think it's coming from inside my rotator cuff.) Now, it doesn't hurt. Just sort of 'clicks'. Should I be worried? Well, I guess it was to pack on mass to start, I'm more in the ecto region, although now I'm up to 77KG and I'm 5'10' that may not be true anymore. I mostly spend my time doing squats and deadlift. I'm in my 30's, so when I take on too many calories it goes to my belly :frown: so I don't eat loads o...

Cheers for the replies, guys. Tends to get worse the more stressed I am from work. I try to relax but it's hard. I go to bed about 11. Drift off about 5 or 6 get up at 8. Good stuff there mate..but I forgot to mention my lumbar spine issues. I suffer from lordosis so Overheads are probably out..and probably squats too.

Well, I guess we all know how important sleep is for repairing muscle. I mean, will I lose any gains or will I just need more recovery time? I currently only work out three days a week with a day between for this reason.
