Thanks for all your replies, especially stuward.

I think push presses are great; doing them allows my shoulders to move much more weight than if I were to do seated shoulder presses with dumbbells so the overload they are provided helps a lot (at least on the negative).

You might leveling your reps on this. Instead of 20/12/13 for 52, try 18/18/18 for 54. Then try to add a rep to one set or 2 sets, etc. This has worked well for me on pull-ups. Managed to bang out a few more reps than yday very happy :).

My upper chest is the main mover in this type of press-up I can definitely feel it. And my delts are definitely more involved than previously.

Something you might want to try mixing in are handstand holds and then partial ROM handstands. If you are looking to isolate the hamstring I think the glute-ham-raise works best.

must be nice to be "light". Pretty sure, I'd slam the dryer against the wall lol being light has its benefits :). nice work on the 20 incline and the determination. Thanks a lot! I can only do 60 pushups, if I do 10x6, but for me, I was surprised, pleasently. 60 press ups is still very respectable....
