Thanks for the very informative posts.
I find doing singles with the hook grip is not much of a problem for me but when I try to do a set of 5 it is VERY painful.

Trigger points in your muscles can cause referred pain.

Buy the Trigger-Point-Therapy-Workbook-Self-Treatment it willl help you.
