my year and 2months anniversary on this forum...
Well, my first post on this forum was the 25th of November 2011, seems a very very long time and knowledge base ago. This forum has been invaluable to my learning experience concerning the gym and nutrition, and I thank everyone for helping me, as the majority of the time I'm the one asking question...

Re: Sodium
Right, so pasta is basically bread, which is the lesser evil out of the two?
Yeah banana's are one the list, greek yogurt and muesli, porridge and honey, there my two breakfasts at the moment. Eggs are also on there.

Re: Sodium
It seems I'm gonna be changing my shopping habits then..... I need some ideas for tasty, unprocessed, easy-ish to prepare food, and price is an issue (being a student and what not!). My shopping list is at the moment; potatoes, brown rice, wholemeal pasta chicken, fish, tuna peppers, sweetcorn, onio...

Re: Sodium
Hahaha now I sound very stupid, probably because I am when it comes to food. I'm finding it hard to believe all those articles about bread when it is a main part of most peoples diets?! I'm removing bread from my diet, leaving me to get my carbs from wholemeal pasta, potato's and brown rice, is this...

Re: Sodium
Well I don't eat ready meals at all, so what is actually classed as processed foods? I eat potato's (not chips), brown rice, wholemeal pasta, brown bread, the only frozen food is chicken and fish. I always have cravings of putting salt on my meals, which to me means my body needs sodium? Bread is a...

Re: press up variations
I've fell in love with the inverted row, even if it doesn't hit my rear delts to much, I like it as a general back exercise!
I'll give the reverse grip bench press a go, never thought of changing my grip on bench to be honest. I'm guessing you lower the weight a signifant amount.

Re: Sodium
Uh oh I hope you don't discover salt pills. Sounds like you want soy sauce. haha why soy sauce? Stuward, I don't prepare my rice, pasta or potato's in salt water, and I thought bread was a big factor. I will listen to my cravings due to the fact I will probably need some from time to time and I don...

Sodium
All I know about sodium is: - biggest source is salt - causes water retention Couple of questions; what other foods are high in sodium? I'm assuming unhealthy foods (ready meals etc) contain alot, I'm thinking more of healthy foods or basic foods, e.g. a read somewhere bread has a lot of sodium. (Ha...

Re: rear delt flyes and traps
Rear delt laterals are one of the exercises done incorrectly by most lifters. It really helped me having someone knowledgeable check out my form and correct my mistakes. This site's write-up of rear delt flies (dumbbell variety) is here . The finishing position is different on both the picture and ...

rear delt flyes and traps
Hi there guys, I was wondering, do traps get involved on rear delt flyes/face pulls? If so, how can I reduce how much they get involved to make sure the rear delts do most of the work?
Thanks
