I'll avoid that exercise then. Going to the gym tomorrow, gonna give that a try. Please can I have some advice on form for rear delt flyes, wanna make sure I'm getting them right.

Yeah I haven't had shoulder day in 3 ish weeks now, doing more upper back and a nice amount of posterior now. Not feeling much better though.

I typed anterior raises twice by mistake, I meant lateral raises where I said anterior the first time. Anteriorr don't really get hit on chest day, because chest day is light for me. add face pulls into your routine, and get a decent shoulder warm up for before your upper body days. I like the dieselcrew 5 minute shoulder warm up. If you google it you'll find it. Makes your shoulders feel good as new after Face pulls are already in there, my current shoulder workout looks likes...

SHOULDERS! After doing a delt workout using bands during the day, I woke up the next day and my right shoulder is in trouble. I have pain more towards the front, and when I lift my arm horizontal and twist there a good amount of popping and cracking. I've slept funny on my left shoulder about 4 year...

Well, yeah a want to get a bit bigger, specifically the delts, but other than that not to much bigger really, aiming to be propionate for my height, which is only 5.7 ish.

Good carbs and bad carbs is something I've never really looked into, what are we referring to as good carbs? I eat brown bread, pasta, wraps, baked potato's, baked beans for carbs pretty much.
