Re: Strength Endurance Program Recommendations

personally I tried an approach like this. It gave me some really good endurance but you really start to feel fatigued after awhile. My personal advice is to hit pure strength on one day and do extreme high intensity cardio like sprints at another time. Like for example Day 1 Strong Lifts Day 2 5 Set...

I will, however, switch back to 5 reps as soon as I feel my cns crash...

Re: 5x5 routine, overtraining?

Have you tried doing lower weights with a bit more reps for a week with the same exercises? When I start burning out I actually do 4X8 instead of 5X5. Thats all I change. Works wonders.

Re: High reps for building mass?

what if you do lots of sets of low reps? Whats the difference between 10 sets of 5 vs 2 sets of 25? I mean, wouldnt the 10 sets of 5 be better since your lifting heavy for many sets? in the end your doing 50 reps heavy vs 50 reps light. Can someone tell me anything about this? Ive really been thinki...

Front squat wrist issues?

hey guys, i recently started trying to learn front squat form. Ive kept the weight on the front squat really light trying to get my body used to the lift. I was fine until I actually started adding a little bit of weight. It wasnt hard to do at all but my wrists felt like they were going to flare up...
