Until you mentioned I wasn't aware that I jerk the bar up, good point! Maybe that jerk makes so much tension on upper spine, at least it looks likes that way. And it's me again with my DL, sorry if i'm annoying with it. My form has improved very much, but there's one thing that's bothering me. Thanks for comment Kenny, I can now see everything you've written. I'm also aware that my previous form with lighter weights was much better.

Here is with much more weight its about 75% from my own weight. I didnt feel any burn in hamstring or glutes, only my lower back was kinda tight , no hurting just keeping me straight.

Comment my deadlift form

Since nobody can correct me and I learned to deadlift from youtube, could you guys help me make my deadlift better? So far i didnt use any weights, just this wooden bar trying to make good form. Here is the video, it's a standard deadlift.

If I mix 0,5L of milk which has 3,2g of protein per 100g with 1scoop of whey (24g protein), does that mean that shake has about 40g of protein? This is something that came on my mind while I was searching for pre and post workout shakes.

You can throw that saying straight out of the window. It has no real base except on people who have problems controlling hunger, and maybe on certain diseases. It doesn't even hurt your weigth gain goals, and might even help you burn the excess fat. It's optional, just make sure you eat enough, don...

If I drink shake for the breakfast , should I drink 1 more before workout like I did before? I prefer 1 shake daily because whey protein is not very cheap.
